MEDLER JAKE PAUL Tragically on September 13th, 2023, aged 36 years. Loving husband to Sophie, father to Libby, Molly and Marnie-May. A wonderful son to Cheryl and Jon and amazing brother and uncle to Kate, Keith, Reece and Dilan. A loyal friend and colleague to all that knew him. Forever loved, never forgotten.
