ROOST KEITH It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Keith Roost, of Bawdeswell, on October 16th at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, following a long illness so bravely borne. He was 64 years of age. Martial artist, writer and philosopher, he loved all life with total respect and love for animals, trees, the earth, the elements that give us life and he will remain forever in the hearts of his loving partner Gloria, his family, students and friends, and will be remembered for his many charitable works.
