A café bar and bistro in the heart of the Waveney Valley is shaking things up with new menus and DJs.

Pura Vida, also known as The Shed, opened in Wortwell, off the A143, in early 2020.

It is run by couple Jody and Lucy Lidgard with their eldest son Jake, who is one of six, and it is inspired by family holidays in Europe.

Inside the 'shed' is a boho paradise surrounded by plants and there is a charming outdoor area too, created by Mr Lidgard who is an award-winning landscape gardener.

He said: "We wanted to create a slice of city life out in the sticks and we also sell culinary and edible plants."

As well as breakfasts and lunches, from now on a dinner menu will be offered on Thursday to Saturday evenings, with options from burgers to Thai green curry.
