A primary school which was previously told it was inadequate is celebrating after inspectors hailed a dramatic turnaround in its fortunes.
Garboldisham Church of England Primary Academy had previously been handed the lowest available rating by regulators Ofsted.
But staff at the school are now celebrating after its latest inspection saw the school's rating boosted to good - with verdicts of outstanding in four out of five categories.
It came three years after the school joined the St Benet's Multi Academy Trust.
Headteacher Moira Croskell said: "I am delighted that inspectors were able to clearly see what a supportive and inclusive learning environment we have developed for our pupils and just how much they thrive.
"This is a huge improvement for the school to have achieved in such a short period of time.
"I need to say a huge thank you to the staff and pupils for all of their hard work to create a school we are all so proud of."
Richard Cranmer, CEO of St Benet's MAT, said: "This recent report is the result of a carefully planned strategy to ensure that every child is able to thrive."
