A town chippy will be giving away free food on Christmas Day as part of a long-running tradition.
Bailey's Fish and Chips in Diss is offering free meals between midday and 4pm on December 25 to ensure that nobody eats alone or spends the day hungry.
This is the ninth year that the chippy is giving away food and staff are expecting to welcome as many as 40 people.
Owner Cengiz Bolat said: "Some people really need this and we've received messages asking for us to do it again.

"This has become a tradition and we see many of the same people every year, a lot of familiar faces."
Mr Bolat took over the shop in 2016 and gives away free food on both Christmas Day and Halloween each year.
He added: "We get a lot of support from our regular customers.
"We like to give something back to the local community."
