Norfolk's top five chippies have been revealed after nominations from the public and you can now choose your winner.

The finalists have been announced for the EDP's 'Your Favourite' Awards 2024, which will decide the county's favourite fish and chip shop. 

EDP readers submitted nominations by cutting out a form in the newspaper and posting it, with the winner decided the same way.

The finalists are G. W. Woodbine & Sons in Wymondham, Beck's Fish and Chips in North Elmham, Dave's Fish Bar and Restaurant in Sheringham, Doggers Plaice in Caister-on-Sea and Terrington Fish Bar in Terrington St John.

To vote for your winner you need to pick up a copy of the EDP between now and May 4, with the deadline for postal votes on Friday, May 10 2024.

All terms and conditions of the voting process are on the form. 

The winner, which is the chippy with the most votes, will receive a trophy, a vinyl banner and a write-up in the newspaper. 

There is also a separate set of finalists for Norwich, with the voting process running the same way in the Norwich Evening News.
