1. SweetTree Patisserie

Where: 5 St Johns Close, Lakenham, NR1 2AD

A 90-minute bottomless cake experience has just launched at SweetTree Patisserie, which is run by baker Magda Pawelec.

There are 20 cakes on offer, including cookie pies and cheesecakes, and it is available from 1.30pm until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

There is an introductory offer of £17.50pp for adults and £12.50pp for accompanying children under the age of 12 - book by calling 01603 610676 or message on social media.

2. The Assembly House, Norwich

Where: Theatre Street, Norwich, NR2 1RQ

This Georgian gem hosts Pudding Parade events and customers can eat as many desserts as they like from the buffet.

The Assembly House is known for its top-notch afternoon tea, with the theme changing regularly.

3. Byfords, Holt

Where: 1-3 Shirehall Plain, Holt, NR25 6BG

Byfords in the heart of Holt boasts a café, store and B&B and it offers afternoon tea daily, with pre-booking essential. 

For an extra treat, it hosts a themed Afternoon Tea Extravaganza on the last Sunday of the month.

Sandwiches are served to the table and you can then head up to the buffet and indulge in as many desserts as you like.

4. The Pigs, Edgefield

Where: Norwich Road, Edgefield, NR24 2RL

This pub and spa hotel near Holt offers a popular Sunday roast with all the trimmings.

The Pudding Table is available on Sundays from 1pm to 6pm and the server will fill your plate with the warm and cold sweet treats you fancy.

Once your plate is empty, you can go up for more desserts. 

It costs £8.50 for adults and it is free for under 14s with any 'piglet' main.

5. Huggers, Long Stratton

Lisa Dunn opened Huggers in December 2021 and there is a fully plant-based menu. 

This includes a range of breakfasts, light bites and mains, with Sunday lunches especially popular.
