A new scam has been circulating in a seaside town claiming to offer free travel.
People first became aware of the con when a Facebook group called Public Transport in Great Yarmouth made a post offering free travel through First Buses using their iconography.
When travelling to the site linked it says: "FirstBus is introducing a new card that offers unlimited bus travel throughout the city and across Norfolk and Suffolk for six months for just £2.
"Only 500 cards are available at this special price. Don’t miss out!"

The Facebook post has a mix of comments from both people calling out the scam and what appears to be fake accounts supporting the scheme.
A First Buses were contacted about the scam and have since put out a statement that reads: "We are aware of a post on Facebook claiming to offer 6 months free travel on our buses.
"This is a scam, please DO NOT click on any link or give any of your personal details if you come across the post and have reported the account to Facebook."
