Premier Division champions Acle United went to Scole United and won 2-1 on the opening weekend of the season.
Goals from Calum Webb and Aaron Sanders secured the victory for the visitors while Ben Norton netted for the promoted hosts.
Reepham Town beat Cromer Town 2-1 as Nathan Savage and Stephen Drake found the net. Sean Sandell bagged for Cromer. Mattishall lost 3-0 to Dersingham Rovers who registered through Jack Johnson (2) and Joe Collison. Newly-promoted Mulbarton Wanderers beat Wroxham Reserves 3-0. Their scorers were Dominic Doggett, James Pipe and John Curtis.
Norwich CEYMS edged a closely contested match 2-0 against Spixworth with Darrell Delaney and Jack Hurrell opening their accounts for the campaign. St Andrews travelled to Harleston Town and won 2-1. John Muir and James Smith notched while an own goal got the hosts on the scoresheet.
Elsewhere, Kirkley & Pakefield Reserves (Ian Hunter 2, Liam Pickess) beat Blofield United (Nathaniel D'Rosario) 3-1 and Long Stratton (Shaun Flint) beat Caister 1-0.
In Division One, Aylsham thumped neighbours Holt United 7-0. Beccles Town and Hellesdon drew 1-1, Hindringham lost 3-2 to Loddon United and Poringland Wanderers saw off Foulsham 5-2.
Newly-promoted duo Bungay Town (4-2 against Bradenham) and Waveney (4-0 at Hempnall) won while Wymondham and Sheringham was abandoned due to a serious injury.
